Does the book come with a CD/DVD-ROM, or Access Codes?
Answer:
All of our books come directly from distributors. In most cases if a CD/DVD-ROM or Access Codes are supposed to be part of the materials that come with the book, it should be included with the book. We do not carry or store extra CD's, DVD's, or Access codes.

I'm having trouble finding my tracking number!

Please make sure you have entered the order# correctly. Sometimes there are 2 order numbers please make sure you are using the correct one.Please enter the Zip code of the shipping address not the billing address.
Tracking system is not real time updated. Please allow at least 6 business days for the tracking number to be on the system.International Shipments (outside of the USA), APO & FPO addresses are not issued a tracking number.
